Refund Policy
At Lucy Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure all of our products meet your expectations. However, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement free of charge after verifying the issue.
- Incorrect item received: In the rare case that we send the wrong item, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
